Fire Retardant Intumescent Paint (Water-Based) is a specialized protective coating designed to improve the fire resistance of structural materials such as steel, wood, and certain building substrates. Unlike conventional paints, intumescent coatings react to high temperatures by expanding into a thick, insulating char layer that protects the underlying surface from heat and delays structural failure during a fire. When exposed to temperatures typically above 200°C, the paint
