Two Component Inorganic Zinc Silicate Coating

Two Component Inorganic Zinc Silicate Coating is a high-performance, solvent-based protective coating consisting of a zinc-rich base component and a liquid silicate curing component. When mixed, it forms a durable inorganic zinc silicate film that provides exceptional cathodic protection to steel surfaces, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion in harsh industrial and marine environments.

This coating offers outstanding resistance to weathering, abrasion, high temperatures, and a wide range of chemicals, making it an ideal primer for long-term corrosion protection. It exhibits excellent adhesion to properly prepared steel substrates and is compatible with a variety of high-performance intermediate and topcoat systems.
