Grey Primer

Grey primer is a versatile and widely used preparatory coating applied to surfaces before the final layer of paint. It plays an important role in improving paint adhesion, creating a smooth and uniform surface, and enhancing the overall appearance and durability of the finished coating. Grey primer is commonly used on metal, wood, plastic, concrete, and automotive surfaces, depending on the type of primer selected.
One of the main advantages of grey primer is its ability to provide a consistent base for topcoats. When a surface has different colors, patches, scratches, or repairs, applying primer helps create a more even foundation. This is particularly useful when applying darker or neutral-colored paints. Grey is also an excellent middle-tone primer because it can work effectively beneath both light and dark topcoats.
