Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final regarding the return of funds to your original payment method. We operate exclusively on a product-to-product replacement basis.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

 

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and intact packaging.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges.

3. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

  • Please provide clear photos of the damage or the defect.

  • Once we verify the defect or transit damage, we will arrange for a direct replacement of the same product at additional shipping cost to you.

4. Custom-Mixed or Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of custom-tinted products (paint, primer coating, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. Once a custom product has been prepared to your specifications, the sale is considered final.

  • Recommendation: We strongly encourage customers to purchase a color sample or tester pot to verify the product in your specific environment before committing to a larger quantity.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

To begin the exchange process for an eligible item:

  2. Inspection: Once the item is received at our store located at Plot no,60/61 Ved Rd, nr by Bajrang video, Fatakdawadi, Industrial Area, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004,our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

   3. Replacement: Upon approval, we will process your request and ship your replacement product.
